We collect account and contact information, campaign instructions, uploaded logos and images, generated assets, purchase and subscription status, support messages, and technical information such as IP address, device data, timestamps, and security or audit events.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize campaigns, authenticate accounts, process purchases, deliver downloads, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, maintain service reliability, comply with law, and improve PromoTurn.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that support PromoTurn, including Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for application hosting, database and file-storage providers, email delivery providers, and AI providers used to generate campaign content. Stripe receives payment details directly; PromoTurn does not store complete card numbers.

Retention and security

We retain account and campaign information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for service, legal, security, dispute, and financial-record obligations. Account deletion requests can be made from the account area or by email. We use access controls, encrypted connections, signed sessions, and audit logging, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. You may also cancel a subscription and opt out of nonessential marketing communications. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

Children and changes

PromoTurn is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy prospectively and will post the new effective date here.
